The jewel in the crown was absolutely kind and incredibly nice staff. Had neat room with private bathroom an ac and wake-up service was available in it. The service was HELPFUL as we had expected.

Good location, just outiside historic center. Helpful staff, always available. Basic but comfortable and quiet room with decent bathroom. Food in restaurant is good but decor could use improvement.

The hotel was perfect and the staff amicable, perfect location close to a bus stop that takes you to the beach & beach bars of Torre Grande in 18 minutes. Everything was good, including extensive breakfasts with fresh fruit. Location: the venue was really close to the historical center. Good stay, we were there for 1 day.

Underground parking at the hotel was a little bit chaotic, but there was ample free on-street parking in the adjoining streets.
